Shipping Process

We carefully process and ship your order to help ensure a smooth delivery experience.

All BMart & Services orders are processed Monday through Friday. We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship within the United States only.  Free standard delivery is available on all products. Shipping options, and estimated delivery dates may vary depending on the product, availability, destination, and shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Orders may take longer to process due to product availability, payment issues, unexpected circumstances, or other factors. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the product, destination, and shipping carrier.
