About Shipping

Yes, currently we only ship to Canda besides USA. Shipping date will be based on shipping carrier. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

It depends on products and where you are. Orders processed here in USA usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please see the estimate delivery date on product page while selecting any product from SquintCart website.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Oure products usually deliverd to the customer within 3-7 days. The standard delivery time follows the mentioned expected delivery date on the product page.

Shipping tracking number will be provided on the your email. You may identify the shipping carrier details information by clicking on the tricking number. You can navigate to carrier website and search your tracking for the location or delivery date for your product.

Business days are otherwise known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Friday. Public holidays and Saturday, Sundays are usually not considered.

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude  Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- We are offering the product
- Product's availability
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our wirehouse. 
You can check the expected delivery date of your order(s) on the 'My Orders' section of your SquintCart account on our website, app, or mobile site.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Check your phone for any notification about attempted delivery.
See if any of your neighbors/friends/relatives/house owner/security guard has collected your product on your behalf.
Wait until the end of the day— sometimes packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
In the unlikely event of you still not being able to locate your item, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Sometimes, a package cannot be delivered due to one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier service provider or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.


Other Address Problems: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label was difficult to decipher during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our service providers make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the package is returned to us.

Damaged During Transit: If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service provider will return it to us without attempting delivery.

Note: A package once returned to us cannot be delivered again by the courier service provider. Please place a new order on our website or app if you would still like to purchase the item. 

About Your Order

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders on you account

An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the product will be shiped from our wirehouse with item along with the tracking number(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Squintcart account. 

We usually ship your orders within 48 hours from the time you place your order. Tracking number will be provided as soon as product will be delivered. We don't process shipping on the weekend or on holidays. Sometime it takes little longer to ship your product becasuse of technical issue. We advice please wait 72 hours before contacting with customer service

We send  a soft copy within 24 hours of delivery in the delivery confirmation email sent to your registered email ID.
You can also visit My Account › My Orders page to get invoices for your orders.

About Your Product

Please see details of the product before completing you purchases. Exchanges or Returns are acceptable only if the delivered products are damaged or delivered wrong products. Products are applicable to exchange or return  within 15 days from the delivery date. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all tags attached which will be inspected by the team. Exchanges are only acceptable with same or different products of same price or higher. Please note that, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received damaged or wrong products.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
