RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please see details of the product before completing you purchases. Exchanges or Returns are acceptable only if the delivered products are damaged or delivered wrong products. Products are applicable to exchange or return  within 15 days from the delivery date. All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all tags attached which will be inspected by the team. Exchanges are only acceptable with same or different products of same price or higher. Please note that, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless you received damaged or wrong products. Please follow below instructions for the return or exchange process….

Return or Exchange By Email

The best way to complete your exchange or return process by sending  an initial email to info@bmartservices.com. The details of the products like order number, name, brand, size, shipping details, and reason of exchanged should be mentioned on the email. If the product is damaged, please add some pictures of the damaged spot. The customer service will reply you back within 2 business days. Once your returned or exchanged is approved by customer service, please send back the product with approved  printed details email.

BMart & Services is going to open a store soon. Now store return or exchange is not available.

Refund Policy

Refund is issued in the original form of payment. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete the process. Return amount is issued only the amount you paid to purchase the product after any discount. It will also not include shipping charge paid by you unless you received damaged or wrong products.
