For eligible returns due to customer preference, including no longer wanted, changed mind, or ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
